Refund & cancellation policy

We want you to love every order. Here’s what happens when things don’t go to plan.

Cancellations

  • Before the chef accepts — you can cancel for a full refund directly from your order page.
  • After acceptance, before cooking starts — we’ll usually refund in full, less any payment‑processor fees.
  • Once cooking has started — cancellation is not normally possible, because ingredients have been prepared specifically for you.

Issues with delivered orders

If your order is missing items, damaged, late beyond a reasonable window, or otherwise not as described, contact support within 24 hours of delivery. Include a photo and a short description so we can move fast.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary — credit and debit cards usually take 3–10 business days.

Subscriptions, gift cards, shipped goods

Shipped shelf‑stable goods follow standard distance‑selling rules in your region. Gift cards are non‑refundable but transferable.
